Can someone please provide an e-mail for a Manager that can listen and actually solve an issue?

I have called the Call Center and spoken to several Supervisors they all promise to follow up but never do.  I have been told that my notes have been entered but then find out that they were not.  I have been told that the recordings of my calls can only be used for training purposes and not for account resolution.  This has been going on since May 21 and I am tired of the daily calls only to not have any resolution.  Please help provide an address or how I can file a Small Claims Court case.

It saddens me to learn of any poor experience. We want all of your experiences with us to be stellar, with no issues. Go to your local court clerk's office and they would be able to help you filing a small claims court case. The procedure is different from location to location and they will be able to help you out.
