My Iphone 5 is not receiving phone calls. People are saying it is ringing once and then a fast busy signal happens? I can receive texts however. This also happened to my son's iphone 5c this weekend. Frustrating since this is my business phone as well!

We want to make sure you're receiving every important call, krdehler. It sounds as if you may have inadvertantly activated call forwarding http://vz.to/1t4x70x to an invalid number. Try dialing *73 then press send. After the confirmation tones just end the call and ask someone to try to call you again. You can also turnit off from your computer using the steps at http://vz.to/1t4xiJr

Did you check your do not disturb settings on the iPhone?

You must set it to EVERYONE not favorites.
Verizon may have another take on this but try mine first.
