Bought RB tone, "Feel Like Making Love" by Bad Company about 10 days ago.
It is not visible in my "Manage Ringback Tones" window. I called customer service TWICE, and twice they have seen it on their end, and both times they have assigned it to a specific day. But as soon as it is dragged back to the "pool" of RB tones it disappears and can no longer be selected. It is the only RB out of about 20 in the pool that I rotate on a regular basis.
This obviously is a problem with the web site as they can see it but I can't. Has anyone else had this problem? Any ideas? I'd like to talk to their website guru instead of customer service as they have done all they can it seems.
