Bought a new phone with 2 year contract 3 years ago on 2/28/11.

This past December we cancelled our account and I was billed an early cancellation fee of nearly $100.00

I cannot reach Verizon via phone because I no longer have an account recognized by their computer so the system hangs up on me.

How do I go about getting my over charge back now that I am no longer considered a customer?
