I think Verizon has a fairly serious issue with their customer support.

I think you would have to determine Verizons time zone. And I have no idea what it is. Each zone like where I live Eastern time zone is different. CST I think is now eight forty-five AM, MST is nine Forty-five AM and PST is seven forty-five AM
So try calling at least 3 hours after your time zone. my case I would call at 2PM EST
there are websites thast give you times for across the country
