Beyond frustrated with Verizon

I have been trying daily for over 2 weeks to get a live chat with customer service. Ever day, it's "No one available". All I want is to know how much it will cost to drop my contract. My service is too horrible to complete a phone call. Live chat is always down. No customer support email. Do I need to send a freakin letter by USPS???
