Kent, WA (98031) continues to have bad VZW coverage (voice and data). Really need VZW to upgrade its service in this area or we may need to change carriers (Sprint sucks too so I don't want to). We went with VZW because of better coverage but at our house and common shopping areas in our area have horrid coverage. Following intersections have almost no coverage:
SE 208th St & 108th Ave SE
SE 240th St & 104th Ave SE
We are in highly populated area, not in the sticks. Shouldn't have such bad coverage.
I rely on my service to work well where I need it most and definitely want you to have reliable service where you need it most, mcneillys73. We don't want to see you go and would like to dig into this. When did these issues begin? What happens when using the phone for calls, text, and data? Is anyone else having the same issues?

Thank you for the response. It has been this way since we moved into the area (years ago). It is both data and voice that have the problem. Both intersections are virtually dead zones. Inside a building in either place there is no coverage at all. Our house one mile east has one bar of signal on average.
I like the coverage we have in many other areas but by our house is really poor. I am hoping VZW can do a signal coverage survey in our area and plan to resolve it. Thanks.
