How do I get them to increase coverage where I work? I have been a loyal customer for about 6 years now, I get great service at my house in Albany, or but I work 20 miles south from there in a town called Halsey. I only get two bars of service and I am constantly going in between 3g--1x--no service-- and 4g, for as much as I pay for this plan it would sure be nice to be able to use it. I go through so much stinking data every month cause things take longer to load at work, I work 50 hour weeks, so that's ten hours a day of it constantly trying to find a good signal, it kills my battery and is driving me insane. I am thinking about switching to AT&T cause their service is great out here. Please help, I am fed up.
