I recently got a new Droid Razr HD (great phone!) and have been looking at various backup products to use with it and thought I would take a look at Verizon's Backup Assistant Plus. At $2.99 per month for 25GB of cloud storage, the price seemed very reasonable. However, when I went to the Play Store to download it, I encountered a message that read "Your device isn't compatible with this version."
I was shocked at this. My old Droid X was compatible with it, but the Droid Razr HD isn't? Has anyone else encountered this?
Consider yourself fortunate. That app has a plethora of problems and terrible reviews. Just read the reviews in Google Play.
I too have the Razr HD and it is a awesome phone. Don't frustrate yourself with that app. 🙂 Ive read the Galaxy S3 is not compatible either....conclusion.....junk app!
