I recently downloaded the Backup Assistant for my old phone, an LG EnV, successfully backed up my contacts, and now in the online BA, am trying to export my contacts for my new phone, a Droid.
I'm able to Select All, but when I go to export, I get error message "Account not found Error 35002" Has anybody else encountered this and/or have a solution?
Customer Service hasn't gotten back to me...
Since the Droid is not media center capable, it does not support backup assistant. You will have to sync your contacts to Outlook or another backup application.
