Very frustrated with Asurion, I have cracked screen on my iPhone 7 and when started filing a claim I was informed that a tech will come to my house or office and have to pay a $29.00 deductible.....well soon enough now I have to complete all these forms and my deductible is $149.00.....I have reached out and of course FULL of excuses, the bottom line is that one rep said that the replacement program for $29 runs from time to time, and I should be checking to see if I am lucky and is running....what a stupid process.....I should have bought Apple Care, and even without apple care I will get my screen replaced for$99 at Apple, for me Asurion is a scam

I'm sorry to learn your phone has a cracked screen, DEPERU. Screen replacement options are determined during the claim process by the damage type, device type, and your location. I'm sorry for any inconvenience this has caused.

I agree with you. I got an iPhone X from Verizon on release day. They did great with the ordering process. But I thought about both coverages and decided to purchase AppleCare directly from Apple. Also, I have two Apple stores close by so that helps. I'm sorry to hear of your situation.

Wow, it seems that you work for Asurion, because all the responses from Asurion are like yours, you take no responsibility and please do not respond if you intentionally don't have the will to help, after paying all the premiums on top I have to pay $149.00, even though that the initial quote was $29.00........I still think that it was a mistake to switch from AT&T to Verizon.....
