Are there still ETF fees?

I was curious. Are there still ETF fees? I contacted our local Verizon store and they said there isnt. They said that I would just have to pay off the remaining balance of my smartphones.

IF you are on payment plan for phone there is no ETF, just pay off phone. 

IF you still have old style 2 year contract, ETF would still be charged

Can a person just transition to a monthly no contract?

If you have a phone payment plan, once you pay off the phone you will automatically transition to month to month.

If you have the traditional contract, you must finish the entire contract. When you finish the contract you will transition to month to month automatically.
