I'm having difficulty setting up voicemail on my Home Phone Connect. I dial *86 from the handset, it rings once, and after a few more seconds I get a busy signal. Any tips?

Let's get that voicemail working for you! We know how important a tool it is. Typically, that is what will happen if the voicemail feature is missing from the line. Is it a brand new line, or a line recently converted to a home phone connect device?
