I have called and reported my issues multiple already, with nothing getting better. About 3 weeks ago all of a sudden my normally good service got horrid, I drop calls all the time, my bars for reception when the phone does not move will fluxuate between 0 and 3 within seconds, and calls and texts don't come through until hours later if at all. I know when I went into the verizon store, 3 other people were having same issues all over easton, and multiple calls were made regarding the issue, one of the employees said a verizon employee was driving around trying to find and fix, but obviously that hasn't happened.
