Well, after 6 calls to no service and three new tickets being opened, the phone I returned for the Edge program is still lost.  Now I am being threatened by collections that my phone is about to be shut off.

I returned 4 phones back in July in the same box to start the Edge program.  They say they received 3 but the 4th one went to never-never land.  I have called so many times that I have lost count.  I even had a rep tell me the phone was found and was being sent to Texas for credit.  That was 2 months ago.  The last rep told me that the previous rep was looking at the wrong phone. I am over it.  I have letters ready to go to several executives and the GA consumer protection dept.  I am not paying $350 for a phone that Verizon lost.
