I don't know why people have such a hard time talking to someone on the phone. You dial the number and press 0. You may have to wait on hold but you will eventually get someone. It makes no sense the troubles people have. I have never had an issue getting someone on the phone.

Yes, it needs revamped to say the least.  I'm hoping the above trick works:
