Is it possible for a single phone on an account to set call forwarding for all of the phones on that account?
Is it possible using any "mechanism" (Verizon web site, phone app, etc.) to set call forwarding for all phones on an account?
This has happened twice over the last couple of months to all of the phones on my account. I have iPhones, Androids and Windows phones on my account and all were affected. There is no indication that call forwarding is set with the exception of none of the phones receive calls.
Verizon supports solution was to dial *73 on all phones to cancel forwarding. I'd rather find the cause and keep it from happening

Never heard of the ability to set all phones with one setting.
