Does the upgrade date get removed, allowing users to upgrade immediately once a 2-year contract has been terminated?
When you terminate contract, you terminate your line. You can't terminate contract, pay ETF, keep your number, and get a new upgrade. If you reinstate your line, you reinstate the contract. What you want to happen can't be done.
