My 4g service at home used to be wonderful. As of late it has been horrid. Both mine and my wife's signal have gone to crap at our home. Any thoughts on what we should do?
You can call Verizon and have them open a network ticket and send a tech out to your area to measure signal and take note of any obstructions, construction, or environmental and topographical mentions. There may be something they can do. If you are offered a network extender to fill in that now slow or weak signal gap, you might consider that or consider other options. Signal and tower configurations change from time to time. I live in an area mid-city that was always stellar, but in the last year things have changed and I am no longer in the speed I used to be in.
