Can i upgrade while keeping my unlimited data since i bought it 3rd party?
You should be able to retain your unlimited data when you activate your new phone. Hopefully you ensured that the phone is Verizon branded and has a clean ESN. You'll need a new SIM card; they are free at Corporate Verizon stores.
