3G Connectivity and Speeds tanking in Boston?

So, I always have my phone open on my desk at work during the day and since the big storm down in the mid-atlantic region this weekend, I've noticed a SHARP decrease in my 3G connectivity and speed. Anyone else having this issue? Can we get a status update on the network, Verizon???

I have a Droid X and I'm in Boston.
