3 days and still no CSR

I know we are all familiar with never being able to reach a customer service representative. I've been trying for 3 days. I recently learned that while there aren't enough CSR's to answer the phone, we have plenty of them who can comment on the discussion you've created and offer to speak personally on the phone to resolve the issue. So here we go VZW! I need to speak with someone.

I sat on hold for 81 minutes only to be disconnected by Verizon. i went to their Facebook page and messaged them and had a Wonderful very informed and knowledgeable CSR call me within a half hour of my message.
i have found if when you contact them and it is about a situation where they messed up they will contact you fairly quick.

All that said i have had a few reps who do not know diddly squat and could really use training It is basically the luck of the draw  which is sad that all the CSR's do not know the same things
