I just want my voice heard. I have been a customer since 1994. I just want everyone to know that I think that the Verizon Wireless customer support is terrible and this company is terrible. if you think that paying your bill on time for 21 straight years will be appreciated, you're sadly mistaken. This corporation is only interested in your money. And only interested in their own customer support, not helping you. They are NOT interested in you as a customer. They lied to me, gave me inaccurate information many times, and will not honor their promises.
Please, take this from someone who got their phone in 1994 and has paid their bill every month for 21 years. I am currently out of my contract, and unfortunately due to work constraints I am having a hard time changing carriers. However, my voice will be heard. If I can get one person to go to AT&T for every year of my services I will be very grateful.
Please, if you are interested in Verizon, please consider AT&T or Sprint. Im from MA, and the Verizon service is not better than AT7T in southeastern, or eastern, MA.

Well, even though we are customers like you, we can't give you suggestions if you don't tell us what the problem is.
I pay my bill on time every month and what I get in return is continued service, no late fees and not being sent to collections. Paying your bill on time every month is a given and does not earn us any extra benefits.
yes without the issue hard to help. the reason this forum exist is to see if anyone has had the same issues and to get a answer.
