I just got that same email from the BBB this morning! No call from any
execs though. Did you send a letter to an exec in addition to the BBB? I
have tried multiple times to sumbit one from the Verizon wireless site but
it does not seem to work! I tried to talk to tech support but it does not
work (of course). I have now been on the phone with Verizon and the third
party company wince 1:30 EST, it is now 5:00 EST...I think I am going to
give up and hope that someone calls me in response to the BBB complaint.
Can you tell me what you said in your conversation with them/how it went?

turns out that the exec DID call but I didnt see the call because I was on
hold with verizon! I FINALLY got in touch, after an hour, with the third
party company and she issued me the $164 credit (I already had the $36 that
was initially sent to me), within minutes. I still plan on calling the exec
back to complain!

I was told the same thing, on the basis of which I got two new iPhone6s. When I took the phones in, they "appraised" for $75 less. I was told I missed the deadline. But I was never told there was a deadline. 😞
