$1500 Verizon bill. HELP
Mr82
Newbie

Hello everyone,

I don't even know where to start, Verizon wireless has been a nightmare to deal with, every since I've signed up with them a few months ago, I have since cancel my service because of the fact that I was been charged for two accounts when I only had one and due to the fact that their were billing me over $300 in one month for two lines that is ridiculous. That's not what I signed up for. I spoke with a rep who said she would waived charges and get back to me with a call and a total but she never did, I'm upset right now, please reduce this $1500 that is not correct. I cancel service in early March and yet they continue billing me. I can't deal with this. Someone help resolve this issue.

You were billed for two accounts, or two lines? You mention both that's why I asked. Canceling service won't eliminate an outstanding balance. You still have to pay for service received. What services and pricing were you expecting after starting service? Since most people on these forums are not employed by Verizon (myself included), we have no access to your account or anyone else's other than our own. Lots of knowledgeable people here, but you'll have to elaborate and provide more info (no personal info like account #, full name, etc).
