Really sick of only having 1 bar at home and work I pay for a business plan thinking spending more money would have better results .... what a disappointment I’ve been with Verizon since switching from Nextel with with Walkie talkie ....that’s for ever ago I am at the point that I’m going to start looking into other carriers ... what a shame ... 2-3 1 hour calls and a new phone later and no improvements

We never want to hear this Tritownmotors, our goal is for you to always have stellar service. Don't worry we will make that happen. We do not want to see you leave our Verizon Family. How long has this been happening? Do you know other Verizon customers with this issue in your area?
