Both on my Verizon and on my Phone App I'm not staying current with the "Contacts or the Activity on my kids phones its been the same for months.  I deleted the App and re-added the app but it doesn't seem to matter any suggestions?

What model/version phones do you and your kids have?  Exactly what apps are you using and having issues with?  Is it the Verizon FamilyBase?

...Just another VZW customer...trying to offer some assistance...
