Can your parents see your web history without looking at your phone?

So my dad pays for my phone and he doesn't live with me. At the time the phone I had was a samsung reality. It's not a smart phone or anything.
One day my dad called my mom and accused me of "downloading over 30 porn videos" & "visiting porn sites". I was upset because I know I didn't do such a thing. I was only 14 or 15 at the time. I had such a small memory with no card and not the greatest of phone. I don't know how I could even do that. He threatened to take away my internet. He said the reason he knew this was because Verizon called him and informed him of it.
Is that even possible? I was told that he can't even see my history unless he went through my phone.

He cannot see anything you do in the Web browser. If you download anything from VZ Manager or VCast than he can see all of that.
