I can not see my son's activity on Family Base. His phone has been restarted, per instructions, but the activity still isn't registering online or the app. How do I fix this?

What kind of phone maksand model? Some phones aren't compatible.

Iphones are not completely if at all can be used with the service.

Yes, the FamilyBase Parent app is available for the iPhone; however, the companion (or child) app is not.
Even though the child app is not available for the iPhone you can still monitor calling, text and data usage through the Parent app. However, you are not able to monitor app usage or lock their phone.

I have the app on my iPhone but it's not showing much, if any at all, of his activity. That's what I'm trying to fix.
I know he texts more than what it's showing me.

Unless he's using the messaging plus or stock messaging app you won't see it. Anytging that is internet apps do not show up. Facebook instagram etc are tons away around it.

I checked and he's just using the regular texting function through his phone. Does he have to download an app to go with the Family Base app that I have on my phone? He hasn't downloaded any apps to go along with this service yet.
