No. Once you delete them you are out of luck. Sorry. VZW doesn't have copies of them either, so save your time from calling them.
If you had a smartphone and backed up your data, for example a Blackberry using Blackberry Desktop Manager software, you could restore your data from your last backup and retrieve messages, contacts, photos and music.

The only way would be is if you had a court order. Otherwise the messages are gone (assuming you did not save them any where else like the memory card)....
