What does this mean when you text some one and this says delivery failed invalid destination or service blocked at destination?

First one sounds like you typed the number wrong or possibly no connection

second one is they have your number blocked

Either the number or contact name you typed in is incorrect, or the person you are trying to text has blocked your number from texting them.
