Ok I have read where people can not text other providers...mine is the other way I can text them all day long I just can not receive them from other providers. Can someone help me with this?? I have called verizon they have checked everything but they can't give me an answer why I can't receive them. I am getting frustrated with this and even though I am a new customer I am about to change my provider if I can't receive texts from my husband, mother ,employer , etc.
