Yes I have Uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times. It is not working
properly on my phone. Never used to have problems.

I know it's never a good experience when an app that you use does not work properly. I like the Verizon messaging app as well so I know that you need it to work. Thank you for troubleshooting on your own as uninstalling and reinstalling is most helpful. Can you describe the glitch that is happening that causes you to close the app? What is your device's make and model?
