I have been trying to receive a picture message since two days ago. It has been sent by the person three times and each time I try to open it it says connecting and then says message receipt failed. I have never had this problem before and I picture message all the time. I need to figure out what is going on because the message is important. Will someone who knows what is going on please help me.
How large is image file? What format is the image file? Either of these may be why the picture is being rejected. Can it be sent ot your email instead of your phone?
