I come to you beaten down and tired.
Tired of emailing Verizon Wireless online with their Contact Us form, 19 times now, without reply. Without in spam folder,etc.
I have called 10 times as well.
I speficially have asked how to view older months of message/phone/text details, dates,etc.
NOT the statements that are older.
I keep being told it is "easy", and I have even used different browsers to try and achieve this.
I even wrote them postal, and got a blanket letter saying the same details. (viewing older stmts., not message-phone-text details)
I fear that by now, whatever months I may have been able to view with PROPER instrux are gone, it has been several months now.
I am not dumb and computer illerate.
Help me with this please oh please, much deep thanks!
If you are registered for your account online, you can view older information.
I just don't know off the top of my head how far back it goes.

12 months for voice details and three months back for data (messaging, downloads, kb/mb) details.

At this point, if you are physically able to go to a Direct/Corporate VZW store, do so. I'm sure a store agent will be more than happy to show you how to do this. Have them show you from a regular PC/laptop, like from a VZW Netbook connected to the Internet.
After you log into the main account number click on my bill, it says billing statement and when you click the drop down arrow there are some and then there is one that says view archived bills, I can go back 12 months. When you click a month it will come up as a PDF file and just scroll down until you see the call details. Mary
