We are sorry to hear that your service is not working as needed. To clarify, what happens when you try to download the application? Has this always been an issue for you when completing the download?

I have used this and can access this on my new fire 10
Verizon Messages 7.3.8 will load via the QR code.
Not sure why the current Verizon Mess 8.x.x app doesn't load properly.
