Verizon Message+ group texting, no notification
RAZAH42
Newbie

When I receive group texts, I do not get a notification. When I unlock my phone, it has a number attached to the Verizon Message+ app icon (showing the number of texts I missed) and when I open it, I can see each person that responded with a button saying "Download". I have to click each button to see the conversation. Same thing happens when someone sends me a picture message. I'm sure this is a setting that I'm overlooking but I don't know which one. Can you please help me figure this out? Thanks in advance!

RAZAH42 We don't want you to feel left out because of missed notifications. Let's figure out how you can receive group messaging alerts. When did you begin to notice that notifications weren't being received for group messages? What happens when you receive an individual text using Verizon Messages+? In addition, tell us if you're connected to the Verizon 4G LTE network or using WiFi when accessing Verizon Messages+.
