On my laptop, I cannot get rid of the number on the badge for Message+. I cannot find any unread messages. Is there any way to bring unread messages to the top and not get buried?

CHAJEN52, a notification that will not go away is a distraction, so we are here to work toward a resolution. How is the Verizon Messages service working overall for you on the laptop? Does this problem also happen with the phone that is linked to the Verizon Messages account? What is the make and model of your laptop?

Hey, it’s a Dell running the latest version of Windows. The phone is working fine with no notices that I can’t find. i.e. it is current. Also my messages+ on my computer isn’t always synching and giving me messages that I read on my phone.
I’m running version 2.0.2.0 on my computer.
