On my computer, after going to the Verison wireless site and sign in when I select 'Send a Message' from the 'Services' drop down I'm getting this error.
"server has encountered an internal error which prevents it from fulfilling your request. The most likely cause is a misconfiguration. Please ask the administrator to look for messages in the server's error log."
Any suggestions how to contact the administrator?
This problem was happening for me too. But it seems to be working ok now in IE and in Firefox. The problem is still occurring for me in Chrome.

Making sure you can use all of our resources to stay connected is a huge deal. Using the web site to message is a great tool. What browser are you using? If you try another is there any change or does the same thing happen?
