Texting in Europe

Hello everyone,

 

I have a question. I am going to Italy tomorrow, and I was wondering if I am able to text my friends in America while I am there?  I have a text messaging plan with my phone. Will I be able to text them?

Hello and welcome!   Yes, you will be using Vodaphone Italy as your carrier while there.   It is a compatible CDMA carrier and you will be able to text.   I have provided you below with the information you will require.    I always advise travelers to check with Verizon about your texting plan and agreements just before you leave because Internationally things can change.   I hope this information helps and have a great trip :smileyhappy:
