Is it possible to delete a sent text to another Verizon customer if they have not yet received/open it? It was sent to the wrong recipient in error.

I've made this mistake before with sometimes disastrous consequences and other times it was hilarious but no once it is sent it is out of your hands sorry :smileysad:

Ugh. This could be disastrous. They really need to put that as an option on the phones. I sent it and the other persons phone is off until the morning so it'd be great if I could stop the transmittal of it.

Not possible as freedomsearcher said. I have had an alike situation happen to me. I text the wrong person before and I figured hey person doesn't know me so no big deal. Also received an odd message asking if I was a guy.
