Texting Charges

I have nationwide basic family share primary 1400 and blackberry email and web.  Does this plan include texting?  I was lead to believe it did include basic texting, but not pic text.  Will I be charged for texting both Verizon customers and non-Verizon customers?

You have a bacsic plan so all text will be charged.

Unless you have a package of either 5 10 15 or 20   or if you are on a family you need a 30 dollar pack for unlimited (this is called a select plan)
