I am having an issue trying to send out text messages. I had the problem with my Windows Mobile phone and I just upgraded to a Driod Incredible phone with the same issue. At least this time I get an error message when I try. The error is SMS Error Network Problems and when i go to view the details of it i get SMS Error Cause Code 1 Error Class 3.

First try to dial *228 + send from your Incredible phone.Press option 1 which will reprogram your phone. If still no go you can try to call technical support for further help. Tech support can be reached at 1-800-922-0204 option 3.
