I would suggest anyone having similar problems with Verizon, contact your states Attorney General immediately.
Oh wow that is a lot of texing overage. I agree mobile to mobile is very misleading and they should say verizon to verizon. If I hadn't done ours in store and had the guy explain to me I would have been in the same boat. Please post back what the attorney general does. I hope they do something for you.

That is correct. Texts to your wife and texts from her back will come out of the 250 message bucket. Every text sent or received will come out. After 250 messages, you will then pay add'l.
Texting Verizon to Verizon also will come out.
sorry i don't understand,if everyone in this discussion has a plan,and stay's within there plan
why are they being charged extra?if vzw is truly allow's out of network texting to come out
of your plan?
