If you have unlimited texting and someone texts you that is abroad do you get billed for there text and yours? And if that person calls you here do you get charged too or just them

If someone texts you or you text an international number then you are paying per text $0.20/msg sent/received and $0.25/picture msg sent/received. These are not included with the unlimited text plans. These only cover the domestic United States. Participating carriers can be found at vtext.com.
If an international number calls you then you just use your airtime allowance as normal, you are not charged long distance, however if you call them, then yes you are charged long distance for those calls. Rates can be found at VZW.com/international.

Just wanted to make a slight correction to AStormUser's post. For International Messaging it's actually .25 to send and .20 to receive.

Thank You nm, I inadvertently was looking at Canada, Mexico, and Puerto Rico without a text package. You are right the correct rates for international text sent is $0.25 and $0.20 received.
