The Conversations menu does not have any option related to scheduling messages.
If I'm within a thread, the 3 upper-right dots menu only has the following:
Shared Media
Customize (which pertains to appearance only)
Delete Messages
Mute Conversation
Insert Smiley
Search
Send Invite
I filled out a bug report within the Message+ app but have not heard anything from it.

Interesting, when I'm in a thread ready to type a response/message, the three dots upper right, have:
Shared Media
Customize
Delete Messages
New Schedule Message
View Scheduled Messages
Mute conversation
Insert Smiley
Search

curtis_1, we definitely want to ensure that scheduled messages are working. Help is here. Has this feature worked for you previously in the past? Have you tried using scheduled messages with another device?

Thank you for the additional information. If you are not seeing the option from the settings please try the following steps. When you go to send your message, press and hold the send button and you will see the options to schedule the message.

A long-press of the 'send' arrow does nothing. When I eventually release it, of course it sends the message.

SOLVED: I decided to throw a hail Mary & uninstall, then reinstall Message+. Though I think it's the same version, all the functions now appear. A long-Send-press brings up the 'schedule' option. There is a Schedule Messages option (as well as some other, unrelated options) in the Conversations menu.
Thanks for everyones help.

Interesting. If it is the same version, maybe the app is in communication with a server and somehow got out of sync and lost functionality. Re-installing re-synced with the server. A possibility, @vzw_customer_support ?
