Picture messing error

I cannot send or receive picture text messages from my Iphone 4. I was able to until one day I tried and I keep receive a red exclamation mark. Does anyone know what is wrong? Thanks

We'll need more information to figure this out...unless it's already resolved itself?

Is it to or from just one person? How large is the photo file? Have you tried dialing *228 option 1 to re-establish your network connection? Is the red exclamation mark when you try to SEND or RECEIVE?

When a text of mine contains the red exclamation mark, it designates a high-priority message - a red X means the message didn't send. And if I don't receive it, then obviously there is no indicator to look at, since i never got the message!
