I recently got a LG enV Touch phone and made the switch to Verizon. I have the $10 messaging bundle. I am able to send and receive picture and text messages to/from Verizon phones, but if I try to send picture messages to an Alltel phone, which is what most of my friends and family still have, they do not get recieved and I do not get them when sent to me. They do get my text messages and I receive theres. When I send a picture message it shows it went to them, but they never receive it. This is very frustrating since I was told I would be able to send/recieve pic,text, video messaging to Alltel customers because they are really Verizon now. I also pay for this service and its crazy that I can't use it for 75% of the people I sent pic/video messages to. Please help me with a solution. Thanks
I tried power the phone off and removing the battery. I also tried the *228 options. Still does not work.
