Hi, I have been looking on the website, and I can't find where to add Unlimited Pic messages anywhere. It said I can add it under My Verizon, but I still haven't found it. Help please.

There's currently not an unlimited add on package for text. You would have to upgrade your calling plan to a Nationwide Select in order to get unlimited messaging.

 

You'll go under My Services and then MyPlan to make changes.

It's not something you can "add" per se. You need to change your plan entirely to the Select plan. You'd want to BACKDATE it if you're currently going over your existing text allowance, or FUTUREDATE it if you want wait for the next bill cycle to roll around. Strongely suggest changing it ONDEMAND.
