Can a Verizon member reach out to me? I cannot receive text messages, and the prompts from *611 prompt me to follow the link they text to my phone...that I cannot receive text messages from. The online chat just tells me to call *611.
I can send texts, and parties receive them. I can call and receive calls without issues.
